Our mission statement

To promote safety and improve the operation, maintenance, service and support of Bombardier Global Business Aircraft by obtaining, evaluating and prioritizing data solicited from aircraft operators and maintenance personnel regarding operation and support of the aircraft, formulating input and recommendations through a free flowing exchange of information.

My name is William Parham, the chairman of the GX Customer Advisory Committee.  Along with my co-chair, Frank Madison, we'd like to thank you for your interest in the Advisory Committee.  The Advisory Committee provides a conduit between the fleet of Global Express operators and Bombardier's management.  This open dialog allows us to communicate and prioritize issues with reliability, services and support directly to the Bombardier leadership members who can correct them.  I encourage you to make contact with the committee by email at the addresses below.  Let us be your voice.
