CHAIR INTRODUCTION
Our mission statement
To promote safety and improvement in the operation, maintenance, service, and support of Bombardier Aerospace Learjet Business Aircraft by obtaining and evaluating data solicited from aircraft operators and technical personnel regarding the operation and support of the aircraft, formulating input and suggestions and providing them to the manufacturer through a free-flowing exchange of information.
My name is Randy Baker and I am the NBAA Technical Committee Chair. Jeff Roth is the Learjet Technical Committee Co-Chair.
I've been involved with the NBAA Technical Committee since 2004 and Jeff has been a member since 2008. We feel that it's the best forum we've seen where the decision makers, the customers and the customer support team all sit down together and focus on making the product line safer and more reliable.
